Transfer / Pick up with one button?

Hy,

is that possible?

At the moment we have to push

transfer, user button, hang up

or to pick up

user button, accept, lift the handset.

Is it possible to handle it like a team button on the CM?

When you are on 5.0.15 or higher then there is an option called one touch transfer.

You must enable this per user by entering a source code for every user you want to have this feature.

but what about the status indication? Did it still work with this source code? ( busy / talking / ringing) ??

You need to program a "user" button on the phone which needs to display BLF.

When you want to transfer a call to that user then you just press that BLF button and hangup.
