Transfer out of voicemail to PBX call group

Is it possible to release from the MM to a PBX and have it continuously ring?

I have an MM 5.2 SIP integrated MSS backend running on SP7P1.
Is there a setting on the MM or CM that needs to be done for this to be possible?
