Transfer option on SIP 3rd party client

Hello Team.
Can someone advise what would be the best SIP Softphone in order to use on IP500 R7.0 that has SIP third party licences?
I can register different SIP clients they can talk OK , but transfer is not possible. I need to offer the transfer option to the user too.

i found from Avaya support that the 3rd party SIP Phone needs to include ALLOW header (With REFER method), see this

The problem is that you're running 7.0 in which the SIP implementation was at an early stage, even more so when it comes to endpoints.
I wouldn't run SIP on anything below 9.1, and preferably higher than that.

I'm sure most SIP softphones would work if you upgrade to a more recent release.
