I have an analog phone on an 81c nortel switch. This phone has the same DID number thats on a 2616 phone. They want this set up because the person answering these calls is mobile quite often. They want to take the call on the wireless phone and be able to transfer the call to another DID extention internally. In load 10 I set the phone in class of service to XFA. I need to know if there is a ftr that needs to be added to the phone or is there a feature code the user can use to transfer this call to an internal number?

When on an active call with the analog phone, hit the "flash" button, listen for special dial tone, dial the extension of the number to which you want to transfer the call, when it is ringing hit the "release" button.

the only problem may be finding a wireless with the flash.. other then that it transfers the same as any other analog.. but a standard analog can use the hook switch if it does not have a flash.. can't do that on a wireless
