Can someone please tell me what is the CLS that allows a phone to transfer offsite? I want to make sure one of our phones does not have that capability. Thank You,
 
I think that is Call FWD offsite. Need Transfer offsite. Lets see what comes back. Thanks,
 
In the following
You can substitute any TN type for my reference to MerMail ports, and accomplish turning on Flexible Trunk to Trunk Connections to restrict a particular user from transfer offsite.

change your CLS on the extn to FTTU.
There are 3 options
FTTD - Unable to transfer externally
FTTC - Cant Transfer Externally but can conference to an external party
FTTU - Able to transfer externally.
 
Ozzietech , none of those apply by default. Systems are shipped without the feature enabled. So, you gotta check your system before assuming they apply, like this:
