Transfer off-net from Auto-Attendant 1

What do you mean by "off-net"? Are you talking about a transfer to a cellphone, other outside number?

Ok - so just program one of the AA selector codes to route the call to an extention (that is forwarded to a cell/other outside number) or to an adjunct (that is forwarded to a cell).
To setup remote forwarding the extention or adjunct needs to be authorized as an RCF extention in system programming - and - reliable disconnect has to be set to "yes".
An alternative (that does not tie up two lines) would be to setup "outcalling" from a mailbox.
