Transfer of database schema from Oracle to DB2

Hi,
I have a schema with data in Oracle database which is used by an application, Now i like to import the Schema and the data from the Oracle database to DB2 database... I am totally new to DB2.. Does anyone has the exposure of transfering the schema (tables with all the normalization ). Basically what i need,is importing the database schema with data from Oracle to DB2.

Any help is greatly appreciated....
