Transfer of CDR from BCM

Trying to get the Call Detail Recording (CDR) to transfer to my computer on a daily basis.
I configured this several days ago but when I check my ftp folder it is empty and the last tranfer time on the Data File Transfer Page is empty also.

Not sure what piece fo the puzzle I'm missing regarding getting this information for evaluation.

Never done it but don't you have to either push it to your PC or pull it.
