Hello,
I installed a CICS today with 6.1 software and a Flash with 2.1 software. When any of the three lines are called and the VM picks up and you hang up, the line will stay busy for about 10 to 15 seconds and then the voice mail will give a message in the display (Transfer Line 001 or 002 or 003)depending on which line was called. It always transfers to extension 221 which is the reception extension. When the line button is pushed it says (In use 236)VM extension. All lines are set to supervision.DRT is set out to 10, DRT delay is at 12 I beliveve and DRT to prime is Y. They have Verizon centrex lines with C.O voice mail and all the other features that come along with Centrex. I've tried everthing I can think of. The Verizon VM is picking up after 4 rings,I took the lines out of the system and tested and I get the C.O.recording. I have the Flash set to answer on 4 rings.Customer wants it that way. Is the Verizon VM busying out the line and then transfering it back to extnsion 221?
Thanks,
