I have 2 MAS Servers and an MSS with DS1/QSIG for the connection to the pbx. The dialogic card in 1 of my MAS's is on the fritz so that server is busied out and not being used. What is happening as of late is anytime you transfer within voicemail *8 the system transfers the call and once the users spoken name is played the call hangs up. This is also happening dialing in from the outside to the caller app.. if you choose a users extension from the menu, it transfers, but immediately hangs up. Any ideas on where that fix can be?
