transfer issues to vmail 2

Hello all,
I have a MICS dr6.0 and a NAM 4.0..
When you call a extension after 4 rings it will go to vmail box of that extension..When the operator transfers a call to the same extension after 4 rings it either goes to the Auto Attendant or you get dead air and it says GOodBye and hangs up on you..I have replaced the NAM and reinstalled the MICS and problem still exists...Any thoughts??

By the way they are using 4 POTS lines..on the MICS

It could be the transfer timer or the drt is set too low.

I think you have a compatibility issue. When the MICS is at DR6.0 or higher, the NAM needs to be upgraded to R4.1.
