Transfer Issue

MLX and DT's

I have 2 extensions 42 and 44, operator at ext 10
If ext 42 calls the operator and on SA-Ring and the operator trnsfr's the call to ext 44 the ext 44 rings until it's picked up. This is what I would expect...

However if ext 44 calls the operator and she then trnsfr's to 42, ext 42 rings once and stops ringing. This is even tho the operator hears the ring, ring, ring in her earpiece?

Any thoughts?
