Transfer internal call to VM 2

Ok here's my situation. When external calls come in AA answers and transfer is made like it should to extension. After four rings it is transfered to voicemail when no answer. When extension is dialed internally the phone you are trying to call rings four times and then stops ringing at phone but not for the caller. On the extension you are calling you can still see flashing arrow that a call is coming in and if you pick up receiver you can answer call.

Question: How come it is not transfering to voicemail after fourth ring? Why does it only mute the ringer?

System is DR5 and VM is 4.

I would suggest that you check on the extension that is programmed in Terminals & Sets->capabilities->Fwd no answer->fwd to: it may be off from the actual ext for voice mail (feature 9 8 5 returns the main number for voicemail) JerryReeve
