Hello anyone,

Here is our newest problem:

We have BC10 and DNA4.1_SP6 and we are used to be able to transfer, with OWS, an incoming (external) call to an outgoing (external) call to a cellphone. This isn't working correctly anymore.[curse]

Searching for the reason of this malfunction we discovered that when the cellphone-number exists in the internal ór external guide of DMG the transfer will fail with a message from OWS: "NOT PERMITTED". When we delete the cellphone-number out of DMG, the transfer will succeed. This problem is only with cell-phones, not with private telephone-numbers.

Is there anybody who recognizes this problem and has discovered a solution? Will you share it with me? Please?

Thankx for your help.

Greetz,
Nico.

Hi,

See in Directory Manager Options if force tapi is checked, unselect them. Maybe it helps!

Hi Etboy,

Thank you for your tip, but TAPI is not selected so that's not the problem.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks again anyway.

Nico
