Hello anyone,
Here is our newest problem:
We have BC10 and DNA4.1_SP6 and we are used to be able to transfer, with OWS, an incoming (external) call to an outgoing (external) call to a cellphone. This isn't working correctly anymore.
Searching for the reason of this malfunction we discovered that when the cellphone-number exists in the internal ór external guide of DMG the transfer will fail with a message from OWS: "NOT PERMITTED". When we delete the cellphone-number out of DMG, the transfer will succeed. This problem is only with cell-phones, not with private telephone-numbers.
Is there anybody who recognizes this problem and has discovered a solution? Will you share it with me? Please?
Thankx for your help.
Greetz,
Nico.
