Quick question. I got a client that has a huge (800+) directory.. if we recieve a call in on the attendent, and the attendent presses the transfer button, the transfer hold times out after about 10 secs.. is there anyway we can increase this as it takes longer than 10 secs for teh attendent to find the number.
