I am unable to get calls to transfer from the attendant console to an ACD queue. The call just goes to open ringing. Does anyone know how to fix the issue? Thanks!

What type of 2400 do you have, software rev, and type of ACD system?

The PBX is a 2400IMX Version 11, Issue 03.00.132 and the ACD is CallCenterWorx,I am not sure of the release at this time. I can check tomorrow. Thanks!

Did you actually try a transfer from an inbound trunk call or just call the pilot number from the console? The attcon cannot hit a loop key and dial a monitered number but can transfer an inbound trunk call. This is a system limitation.

Thanks 3racefan3! All calls go to an auto attendant and they can "0" to the operator who then transfers to the ACD queue. The call just goes to open ringing. The ACD is functioning properly just not able to get the calls transferred from the ATTN Console. Any thoughts? Thanks!

We have seen a similar problem that was corrected in newer software. We worked around it by assigning an SLT to a port on a 16LC card, then did a call forward all to the pilot number in the ACD. Transfer to the SLT number. A virtual would not work, it had to be a hard station port.

Thanks belevedere! I tried it and it still does not work with the TEC-3(slt). I also tried with the virtual anyway and still no luck. It may be the release. Thanks!
