Dont Know if this is common knowledge as I'm quite new to ACM but i'll post it anyway.
I have had problems transfering directly to a users voicemail straight from the attendant. I posted my problem here but I was told you could only use the "goto cover" method.
But there is a way!
First set up a virtual user on the cm server.
Then create an abbreviated dial key on the softconsole that goes to that virtual user.
Then create a Mailbox for that user in audix and set it up as an auto attendant.
When a call comes in and the receptionist wishes to transfer that call directly to a users mailbox all she does is click on the abbreviated dial button you have set up, enter the extensions mailbox number that she wishes to push the call to followed by # then click transfer to complete.
