I'm currently checking on something I would like to add to my MS-Access 2000 database using VBA. (so nothing specific for MS Access)
"It should be able to transfer files via modem between 2 machines";
=> I don't think I can use FTP for this, as the modems are just dialing to eachother by number, not using an IP-address or something.
I already checked on the "autodial" feature within Access, and I can make my modem dial the number. But once the connection is set-up, I'm stuck !!!
I've seen a lot of programmes doing this already since the DOS-days, should it can't be that difficult...
Is there anybody out there who can help me solve my issue ?
