Transfer files from personal computer to terminal server

How can I create a profile or script to map my local laptop c$ drive when I connect to terminal services. What I want to do for example is lets say a database is hosted on the TS and I want to copy data from my laptop to the TS using port 3389. How can I go about this? I am still at step one. I can connect to the TS but am lost at downloading files to and from the TS to my laptop on the road or desktop from home. Thanks in advance.

I am running AD, and hoping this can be done without using citrix metaframe.
