Transfer feature in IP Office does not work from CM to IPO calls

Hi,
i have a SIP trunk between IPO > CM. can make calls and hear each other but;
Issue-1: when i receive a call from CM to IPO Extension, the call disconnects in 32 Seconds.
Issue-2: when i receive a call from CM Extension to IPO Extension, if i try to transfer the call, the transfer feature does not work at all. (after we receive the call from CM, we press the transfer button and nothing happens.)

Internally within IPO Extn to Extn Transfer works fine.
