Transfer Fax from my callpilot

Hi all,

I installed callpilot faxes and it's working fine. I can read the fax in "My callpilot" but i'm not able to transfer the fax to an email address. Do you known how to program callpilot to use this feature ?

You need Desktop Messaging to integrate w Outlook and email from there.

It 's a callpilot release 5 with CS1000E HA release 5

I can "forward" faxes from MyCallPilot to my Microsoft Exchange/Outlook account. Can you clarify what you mean when you state "transfer"?

You need Message Forwarding Rule, turned on in Class of Service. Then option will appear in My Call Pilot.
