Transfer does not work with only a key extension

Hello everybody.

I have 1608 and 1616 IP phone with a preset number for the extension, and each unit has access to 02 lines of the same number.
I can only transfer the calls if they are configured with this 02 lines, with 02 keys.

In other systems, can perform the transfer with only a key extension.

There is a way to set so you can Pour only a key extension available??

Configure the extension keys as "user" buttons, also adding the option Enable_OTT in the users source number make it to hit the user without hitting the transfer key first.

No, won't work only CA (call appearance) keys allowed on a 1603.

Need to transfer calls from a 1603, but not want it to have 02 keys extension ringing.

If you have a call in progress, do not want the second key playing, should give a busy tone to the second caller.

If yu wan't busy tone on any extension.

User > Telephony > Multi line options > tick "reserved last CA" and give them 2 CA buttons. Keys no. 3 should be left empty.

I always tick "reserved last CA" on all extensions, otherwise they cannot transfer calls any more when they have 1 answered and have 2 waiting with only 3 CA's.
