Hi All.
I have an issue where a customer wants to transfer a call directly to a user's voicemail, without ringing the phone.
I have put voicemail direct onto a button on their phone, and had them try F986, but they get a no mailbox message when I am sure there is one.
The only strange thing that this could be is the fact that, since they do not have receptionists on site, the calls that come in are sent down to their manned site, over a voip trunk, and then they try to transfer back to the user at another site. (Yes I know... not the best things but you know customers...)
I have network redirect enabled on the system, so am wondering how else I can get this to work.
Any ideas?
