Transfer Directly to Voicemail

Hello, This may be an easy one but it has me stumped. What is the shortcode to transfer a call directly to someones voicemail? I have it as *88nnn.....#N.....Voicemail Collect. When the agent hits the code (*88) then presses the key for the other agent it transfers the call to the voicemail but asks for the extension like it is someone calling in to check their voicemail. The only thing in the source #'s is that persons extension (Vxxx (where xxx is the extension)

When I try that it transfers the person to the prompt "please enter your mailbox #" it does it like they are trying to collect their voicemail and will not allow them to leave a message for the user.

Basically we have callers that we want to send directly to a agents voicemail directly without ringing the phone. When transfered it should give the personal greeting.
