Transfer directly to voice mail

What is required and process to be able to transfer a call directly to voice mail Avaya definity prologic pbx

if you do a disp features you should see a line for 'transfer to VM' (not sure what tab). enter in a available FAC. We use this when admins have bridged appearances of professionals. If they answer one of those bridged lines they just do a transfer/FAC/transfer.

I'm assuming you have that as an option on a prologix. I haven't touched one in a long time.
