I am trying to figure out if calls can be transferred directly to a voicemail box. We use Callpilot if that helps. Thanks.

transfer direct to voicemail in cs1000

TRANSFER AN OUTSIDE CALLER DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL
Press TRANSFER.
Dial the Express Messaging Access Number, ________________
Enter the MAILBOX NUMBER where the call is to be transferred.
Press #
Press CONNECT or TRANSFER to complete the transfer.
Hang up.
If you do not know your Express Messaging Service DN, you can look that up in the Call Pilot.
