I have a CICS w/4.2 sftwr. I use to be able to initiate a call on line two, press the transfer softkey, press line one and call a second number, press the release button and the calls would be connected to each other. Now when I try to do this I recieve "Transfer denied". Both lines are "Appr&Ring", both lines are "Super", all extensions are "Allow redirect Y". There are no restrictions on the lines or sets (restriction filter 00). Incoming calls to either line can be transfered out. Both lines are "line pool A", trying 9 also ends in "Trasnfer denied". I also have Flash VM 2.0 AA is on.

can only transfer a incomming call on the norstar system sounds like you did a conference call from your description
