guys,

can someone help me in that matter as follow
i have to diffrents functions that

a main fom and subform in function A called(Order) and Main form with its subform in Function B called(sales Order) what can i do for transfering data that are in Main form and subform in function A(Order) to main form and subform in Function B(Sales Order) if possible you can attach a sample please i need this help ASAP and will be appreciate

The word "function" has a special meaning in Access (or any programming) so using it in your question is confusing. can you define what you mean by function and possibly use a term like "role" or "task" or whatever?

I have no idea how a form or subform can be in a "function". Forms and subforms are contained in Access files.

i have two diferent form called Order and Sales Order

those two forms each of them got subforms i want as follow if i record data in Form called Order and its subform and when i whant to transfer those data in form called sales Order and its subform i need a combo box or a button in Form called sales order where i can click and transfer all data from form and subform called Order to form and subforms called sales Order

Forms and subforms don't contain or store data, they only display data.

I expect you need to run append or update queries from one or more tables to other tables. This might be based on the data currently displayed in a form.

You need to describe your significant tables and criteria for updates.

okay that is i want data you are clear try to send me VB or a sample you have

What makes you think I have a sample? I generally don't create similar tables and "move" data from one to the other. Typically I would have a field that identifies "Order" or "Sales Order".

If you want help from people in these groups, you need to answer questions that will allow us to help.
