My wife's hard drive crashed. It makes a "chic-chic" sounds when I power it up. It will not boot up. I have gotten her another drive and installed it. It has Windows XP and Office 2003. I can install her old drive as a slave and get into most everything. My problem is that I can't figure out how to import her old email, addresses, and date book from outlook 2003. Any sugestions?

1. Search for *.pst files on the old drive.
2. Configure your new Outlook 2003 installation to point to your required location for the new files / leave to default locations as required.
3. Using these articles as a reference article 1 and article 2, replace the new installation's pst files with the copied old files.
4. Check and reconfigure archiving functionality as required.

Successful transfer of the pst files should restore all Contacts, Calendar, Mail, Task, Journal etc information.

Post back if you hit any problems.
