I need to transfer some data from etime (ADP software) to SQL server. i think etime is using sqlbase also is any ODBC for that to connect both databses.

Etime is standalone software, i mean we did not install SQLBase on our server. Now if i want to open ETime database how can i do that. Do i need to install SQLBase on my computer, then how can i connect with that databse (file) which has all data (this etime software is running on server).

i will be highly thankfull if any body help me.

Thanks

Knowledge is a key of success.

ADP eTime uses a proprietary database structure. It is possible however, to export data from eTime using the eTime event manager into separate files on the server. Once you have done that you can set up an ODBC DSN using the FoxPro ODBC drivers from Microsoft to access the exported data.

From my past expericne with data exchange with eTime this is the only way I have found to get to the data.
