Transfer conference call ????

I am trying to find out a way to transfer a conference call. Say you setup a tow party conf call for your boss and then you need to transfer it to his office. If you hit trans/conf it cuts you off and leaves the other 2 parties connected to talk. Any help?

Sorry, you will not be able to transfer a conference call. You would have to set up the conference call on the your boss's phone or say a conference room phone, get the other two party's on the line and then the boss can come to the conference room.
Something like that.
