Transfer co trunk dial tone to extension that have no trunk access 1

Hello guys
I have a Panasonic TDE600 and i want to give the operator facility to transfer co line dial tone to extension that have no trunk access so they can make outside calls
I was able to make the operator transfer the trunk dial tone but when the extension receives it and try to dial, the exchange won't pass the dialed no., please check this video I made

I tried every thing to make the extension able to get the call through, changed the trs for the cos to level 1 on all the periods, add the no in the exception table for all the levels but still no dialing
is there any way

you can't ring the reception and then get that phone to transfer to a line and hang up while you are still on the line and let you dial.

you can ask the reception to transfer a line to you, but you have to hang up and the reception then picks up a line, then transfer, call your extension and hang up.

you can then dial out. cos maybe still be a factor when you get the line and stop you dialling out.

You may have to get Reception to dial the entire number and then transfer it to the extension.

@Jonah29 some times guests doesn't want to share the no. they are dialing, for privacy concernes

I have another inquiry, can I add other single digit numbers, other than 0 and 9, for example can I add 5 for calling the security office or something like that ??

To use a single digit that range can not be used for any thing else

If you can free a number range like 5 you use quick disls to make that number dial what you want

So lead number is 5 dialled digits are anything you want

Program the ext with a walking class of service so all they need to dial is the service code for walking cos followed by ext then pin.
