Transfer checks/Join checks/Cashiers

I would like to know how to transfer a check/table to another employee and how to join checks/tables, and if it was not too much trouble, i would like to know how to implement the cashiers system. Where I am currently every waiter is his own cashier, but now they want to have only one cashier who receives the money from all waiters.
Anything help is welcome.

I forgot mentioned, we have Micros 3700 4.9 version.
