Transfer Caller To Voicemail 1

Hello,

I have a sales team in a huntgroup. Sometimes people call a rep directly. Here is a scenerio that I am having trouble with.

A caller calls in and speaks with the operator.
The caller asks to be transfered to Bob.
Bob is on another call, but another sales person hears the quiet ringing and does a group pickup.

Bob didn't want the call to be picked up.
How can the operator transfer a call directly to another extensions voicemail?

I don't want to disable the quiet ringing because I want sales reps to pick up those calls and handle multiple lines.

Do a feature 986, then key in the mail box number of the person the message is for.
