Hello, A while back I posted something about needing a way to transfer caller ID from Voicemail Pro. We have a call come in and then it is forwarded back out to a 3rd party answering service. The third party is seeing our caller ID and it is making it more work for the customer to complete transaction because they could in theory bypass a step if the caller ID is in the database. I tried a couple things but like many said the service provider probably is not allowing it. I tried contacting our service provider but they could not grasp my concept. Anyone have any thoughts on accomplishing this without the call forward?

Start with what kind of trunks
Who is your provider
how is your forwarding programmed
how is you ARS programmed
step us through the call flow to make it to the answering service
This is an easy thing to do if the provider is willing to do.
