Transfer caller based on number pressed

Im not sure what happened to my first post but i was first saying hello to everyone :).
Im VERY new to CUCM and wanted to ask is there an easy way when a user calls an extension the user is prompted to make a selection and based on that selection the call is directed to another extension. Example... Someone calls ext. 111 I want the user to hear a message and would like the user to press 1 for the Fish department or 2 for the Bakery.
 
In the voice mail box you want to have this option, go to edit/caller input then follow the leads to enter your options and extensions. All you need to do after you save that is to rerecord your greeting appropriately.
