transfer call

dear all

i was configuring sip sucriber in h4kv6 with stmi. and then i install 3cx soft phone good work. but the 3cx can't transfer call to anothers number extention. anybody have an experience about it. is 3cx possible transfer call..?

Try another softphone first - it may be a restriction on a 'demo' 3cx softphone

call transfer just internal only to another extension not use trunk outgoing call

Might be worth doing a Wireshark trace on the machine with the 3CX softphone so you can see the SIP messages and see why it is failing.
