When we transfer calls to our maintenance department (that line is on a 008 OPT card and has its own circuit number), if the calls aren't picked up in 4 rings they return to the operator rather than going to voice mail. Is it possible to set this up so that transferred calls will go to voice mail rather than returning to the operator (as all other extensions do)?
