Transfer call in CUCM

Hello All,

we have a Cisco cucm server and Third Party phones are registered as sip phone.problem is
call transfer is not working at all. When i like to transfer a caller1 i press "Transfer" and dail a intern number caller2 after that press "SEND" and on that moment i get the caller1 back on the line???
What is wrong with it. Is there something wrong in the configuration?


 
Are the DNs in the same partition? Is your phone setup in the correct CSS? Just a thought. Other thought is possible compatibility issue with modelof the third party SIP phone.
