Thank for reply,
How to print it.
I am try to applied for operater(0)but i got error message ( not in rang).

How to divert call from operater to specific Ext.

Thanks

Hi

Instead of CDINI you should use PELPI on an extension.

Pls give us

CADAP;
OPCTP:CORG=ALL;
RODNP:ROU=ALL,TRU=ALL;

then we can help with extension and operator commands

Hi

So your operator calls come in on Route 1 Corg 0 and are presented to the operator when on duty.

At night service external calls are diverted on the route to 5700.
There is no setting in OPTCP for internal so you can set a position there using OPADC to an internal extension.

Calls coming in on the route will check for RODNI position and follow that if it exists, if it does not they follow OPCTP (same as internal).

If you want external and internal to be to the same extension, set OPADC to the extension and delete the RODNP with RODNE command and all calls will go to the extension when the operator is off-duty.

Please advise me to solve this problem.

Hi,
try command "OPADC" ("parnum" already mentioned)

OPADC :CORG=...[,NDIR=] [ ,RERNUM= ][,TIME= ,OFLNUM=];

CORG = Call origin group.
For value, consult parameter description for PABX operator traffic.
ALL, & and && are permitted for this parameter.

NDIR = Night service. Specifies whether night switching position or day answering position is to be used or not.
For value, consult parameter description for PABX operator traffic.

RERNUM = Rerouting number. States the number of the night switching position or day answering position if all local and central PABX operators are absent-marked or not defined. For value, consult parameter description for PABX operator traffic.

TIME = Queue time threshold. Maximum time a call is allowed to queue towards a specific call origin group. The parameter can only be entered if the parameter OFLNUM is also entered. For value, consult parameter description for PABX operator traffic.

OFLNUM = Overflow number. States the number of the overflow position when timer for the call towards a specific call origin group expires. The parameter can only be entered if the parameter TIME is also entered.
For value, consult parameter description for PABX operator traffic.

1.2 FUNCTION
The command is used to specify handling of incoming calls when the PABX operator is absent or not able to answer them within a certain period of time. The command specifies, in respect of origin groups, whether external public calls are to be connected to the night switching position of the route, the call origin group or to the customer's night switching position. The command also specifies whether all incoming calls to a certain origin group, which is absent, are to be distributed as second hand traffic among the PABX operators present.
The RERNUM parameter can be used only when NDIR has been stated as Y or D. If RERNUM is omitted when NDIR has been stated as Y, external public calls will be rerouted to the night switching position of the route, to the customer's night switching position or to the night bell. All other call types will get a no progress message indicating that the operators are absent.
If RERNUM is specified when NDIR has been stated as D, external public calls will be connected to the day answering position (RERNUM) of the call origin group when the exchange is day switched.
If the parameter TIME has been entered together with parameter OFLNUM, then calls towards this call origin group will only be allowed to queue for the specified time before they are sent to the OFLNUM position.

1.3 EXAMPLE 1
Change the call handling so that calls to origin group 1 are directed to extension 4246 if all PABX operators serving this origin group are absent.

OPADC :CORG=1,NDIR=Y,RERNUM=4246;
EXECUTED

best regards,
Norbert

Hi Norbert

thanks for your time and effort.

i tried this command OPADC:CORG=0,PERNUM=1222:
but get message(Not In Range)
and also tried to applied OPADC:CORG=500,PERNUM=1222;
500=individual Operator NUmber.

Thanks

Read the message! its RERNUM and you have to put to out NDIR in as well...

thanks for correction parnum,

the CORG must be 1 not (0) that why get message not in range

how to cancel it?

Thanks

OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=N;

NOTE that if you have a RODNI set as you seem to, your external calls coming in on route 1 will still go to 5700 so you need to send

RODNE:ROU=1,DAY=5700,NIG=5700;

Then all calls will follow the RERNUM set in OPCTP; for CORG 1, if you set it.

This way you can send external & internal callers to different numbers for each call case, or both internal & external to the same,

Best parnum
