transfer between two external callers

Hi
I've BCM 400 3.7 ,the telephony parameters are configured as UK ,I'd like make a transfer between two external callers through my BCM ,That works very well but when the communication is ended , lines remain occupied
How to free them?

They do drop-out after around 45 secs to a minute in my experience but I am on a bcm 50 release 2

What type of lines. If it is analogue lines how have you configured the lines??

I've configured the lines as analogue with a GATM8 i.e I'd two physical lines from the external network they were at the same type of line pool(D).

Did you enable Line Supervision?

You must enable the feature Supervised (Trunk mode). If the BCM is in UK this feature will not be appear.
If you analog line does not support this feature contact your IT provider.
