transfer back to auto attendant from a menu (bcm400)

How do I transfer back to the auto attendant from a submenu of a ccr tree?

Under Auto-Attendant Properties, return to aa is checked.

I tried just creating a info section with destination set for home but after the message, it just said exiting the system and hung up.

Your config sounds correct.
What version of software is the BCM?

You can't get back to AA from the CCR.
But, you should be able to get to the CCR Home node or the Previous menu.

Do you have the latest patches applied?
Some new patches were released last week.

If the Transfer Recall Timeout is set in Feature Settings calls transferred out will recall back to the AA if the destination doesn't answer.

We had used Hunt Groups such that calls to sets would then ring to a common HG appearance== Calls would ring at the set 4 Rings, ring once on the HG and ended up back in the Auto Attendant, however at the generic menu not the Company Greeting or previous CCR tree.

Make sure you have RETURN TO AA selected in AA General Properties
