Transfer and No answer to VM

Hello,

I have a 3300 on MXe, running MCD4.1 with embedded voicemail

i have one extension that when calls are transferred to it, it forwards to VM, but doesnt go to that phones Mailbox it rings to the Open or closed greeting depending on the time of day,

EXT to EXT works fine, DID to EXT works fine, just when the call is transferred from another ext

This is got to be simple right?

At a guess you might have this option enabled

Display Held Call ID on Transfer
Select "Yes" to transfer a call and have the name and/or number of the held call delivered (the appropriate COS options must be enabled).
