Transfer an outgoing call to a external number.

* This is a business required functions. I do understand the concept of toll fraud.
I am the Telecom admin and I required to explore the following concept for a business needs.

See picture.

1. I need to able to call external number.
2. I need to call the target number on a external PSTN connected pbx.
3. I want to transfer nad release the external number to the target number.

Things i have read up and test so far.
I have 1 station which i set a COS Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net "N".
I am able to call a external number and transfer the call to an extension.
I am not able to call an external number and transfer the call to another differnet external number

I am using CSI V7. Please help.

change the disconnect supervision on the trunk to Y.

You need to make sure the that you have at least three line appearances on your phone, or make sure that the station field "restrict last appearance" is set to N.

I been reading through most of the forums and most tells of Trunk siezed. Should i be worried about this and how to i tell if offnet support disconnection supervision.
