Hi,

We use a 8961 with expansion module as a 'Receptionist' phone.

If you receive a call, can you transfer this call immediately to an internal user configured on the blf/speed dial buttons?

While on the line, we press the transfer button, receive dial tone, press the speed dial, but we don't get the softkey transfer in this scenario.

If we simply dial the internal extension, we get the transfer softkey...

It is a SIP phone, so no softkey templates are available.

BTW: if someone has 'working parameters' for FAX, it would be highly appreciated if you could share those...
This same customer sends faxes of over 30 pages long and guess what...

Regards,

Gerry
