Transfer an extension call to co line

Hi panasonic people, im using tda100 and i want to transfer an extension call to co line using one of the flexible key, how can i do that..? Any one have an idea..!
To clarify more this is the senario:
An extension user who is prohibited from using CO line call me and say: hi just give me aline to talk to my family, and the transfer button on my digital telephone is broken downt so i want to use one of my flexible key to give hime or transfer him to co line.. How can i do this.. Thanks in advance....

Solution 1 is to use "TRS Level Change" button (See Feature Manual - Dial Tone Transfer Feature).
Solution 2 is to buy a new digital telephone for you.
