Transfer all calls to DID to Cell Phone

Can this be done? If so is it done in Call Piolt? or is it done in Unified Magager?

I want all calls that go to a specific DID to get transfered to a Cell Phone.

First you need to turn allow redirect on under the set in capibilities.This lets you call forward the entire phone.There is also something called line redirect Feature 84. This only redirects the line.Both will allow to send to a cell phone.You will need to experiment with 9 or no nine To access the route or pool or line to dial back out.
