transfer after conection to alcatel ip pabx

i have, a bc8 md conected with a tlu76 to an ip alcatel pabx.
averything goes right, but, when users of the alcatel, want to transfer the call, to another person , it just the call is troun away and the call is lost. sorry by my english.
any sugestion?, all other things, works fine, in example , direct calls, diverts , etc.
