hey everyone,
IPO 500 is in and this is day one did the cut over this past weekend. Things are going ok so far. One quick question (I have searched and couldnt find exactly what I was looking for)

I have a couple aa's and they are working great. If a caller dials through the aa choices and gets to a desk phone but is in the wrong place (for example if they press 2 for accounting but were really looking for option 3 human resources). Is there a way for my users to transfer the call back to the main AA (AA 01). I know they can just transfer the call to the HR hunt group but i am looking to get them back to step 1.

Thanks in advance.

There is, however, are you running Voicemail Pro or Embedded VM? You'll need to set up a shortcode to point back to the AA, and then have the users transfer to that shortcode. Or, to make it easier for the users, you can create a new user and extension and have it call forwarded to the shortcode. Then you can tell them to transfer to "extension 299" for example (or whatever extension you use).

Create a Short Code;

Code; *89
Feat; Auto Attendant
Tel; AA:AANAME
Line; 0

Create a new VOIP user give it a name and a number and set a Forward Unconditional to *89

Greetzzz....Bas
