Transfer a call to a busy extention.

Hi.

i wonder how a arrange this. If a call is placed to the switchbord and the caller would like to talk to a person that is busy on the phone, the caller is qued but when the call is taken back, (campon recall time) and the extention that did the transfer is busy i would like it to go to a free extention and not que on the ext that did the transfer. how do I solv this?

system version is 8 something.
 
System Type - Assumed 3300
Software Version - Rel 8?

There is an option if the original party is an ACD Agent. You do not mention this so I assume not.

Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

HI Ok, first thanks for your quick answer.

I think I will have do put more time in learning to set up ACD ques,

Above do work if the person i´m transfering the call to do not answert, but different situation.
